We were so grateful to host Esmeralda, visiting from Arizona, and to sit down with her for a heartfelt interview that went far beyond the usual pageant spotlight. Esmeralda is more than a beauty queen she’s a community health counselor, a dedicated master’s student, and a passionate advocate for mental health, cultural pride, and women’s empowerment. Originally representing Casa Grande, Arizona, Esmeralda wears her Latina identity with pride. As Miss US México Latina 2025, she embodies the strength, resilience, and vibrant spirit of our community, not just through public appearances, but through everyday intention and action. In this HOLA! sit down interview, she shared that her journey hasn’t always been glamorous, it’s been about facing fears, pursuing purpose, and pouring into others. “Community isn’t found , it’s built,” she reminded us.. a simple, powerful mantra that reflects both her personal philosophy and her approach to life.
