LAREDO, Tex. (Hola Laredo) -
Thursday evening we stopped by Texas Roadhouse to check out two events happening at once—bringing excitement to the community while also giving back. Between the rib-eating contest and the Tip-a-Cop fundraiser, the whole place was packed with energy. We planned to just film, enjoy, and cover the event… and then suddenly we became part of it! It was so much fun, and even better knowing the night helped benefit Special Olympics students in Texas. Great night, great food, for a great cause.
