Alma’s journey to the crown is one of perseverance and determination. Though she didn’t initially take home the title—placing as 2nd runner-up—she recently received the life-changing call that she would step into the role of Miss Grand Texas. Her path wasn’t easy. Alma faced struggles along the way, including not fitting the “stereotypical” pageant queen height. But through resilience and hard work, she proved that passion and persistence matter more than stereotypes.
Today, Alma proudly represents her hometown of Laredo, Texas, as the new Miss Grand Texas. She hopes her story inspires others to keep chasing their dreams, no matter the obstacles.
